Our state-of-the-art setup features THREE, identical, high-performance PCs (running 4070 Super GPUs), networked together on 1.2Gb Fibre Broadband to deliver an immersive flying experience.
In March 2025, we also installed FOUR, identical, X-Box Series X models, running Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, to take our Flight Sim suites to SEVEN in total. There is nothing like it anywhere in the UK or Europe.
Our Suite 1 flight simulators have the latest versions of X-Plane 12 and DCS (Digital Combat Simulator) ready for take-offs, landings, or already in-flight, offering a vast selection of aircraft and scenarios to choose from. They also have Haptic Feedback so you can feel the cockpit vibration.
We have also added MS Flight Simulator 2024 to the three PCs now too in March 2025, giving you even more options to explore the virtual skies. The graphics are jaw-dropping.
We have a choice of THREE Control systems for Fast-jets, Helicopters and fixed-wing propeller-driven aircraft.
What sets our simulators apart is the authenticity of the experience.
X-Plane 12 features meticulously detailed simulations of many of the aircraft from the UAS Collection, including our Red Arrows Hawk, Reims Rocket Cessna and Gazelle helicopter.​

1) Sit in the REAL Red Arrow outside in Hangar 1.
2) Then Fly with the Red Arrows in Virtual Reality with our VR Headsets
3) Finally, fly in a Red Arrows Hawk yourself within the Sim.

Flight Sim VOLUNTEERS WANTED!
Our Flight Sim team is looking for more Volunteers to help out and run the two Suites, especially during busy days like Saturdays plus big in-house events like EHOD in September each year.
However, our Volunteer Tour Guides run tours 7 days a week, so we also have opportunities from 10am - 2pm most days to be an important part of those tours for the Guides, by being on hand to show those visiting tours through and experience the Flight Sims & VR Suites.

Volunteering Duties would include:
• Assisting visitors' flights in the Sims in either suite.
• Assisting visitors experience VR and helping them with the Meta Quest Pro headsets.
• Creating a smooth flow between Suite 1 into Suite 2.
• Keeping the PC systems and Sim software updated.
