Following the enormous success of the event in Newtownards Airfield during 2025, the popular event has moved to Coleraine Town Centre (The Diamond) + parade to Christie Park this year on Saturday 20th JUNE 2026 — from 10am ~ 4.30pm.

It is being hosted by Causeway Coast & Glens Council this year.

Every year the event is held in the United Kingdom to celebrate the service of personnel in the British Armed forces both past and present.

The day will draw to a close with a Beating Retreat finale at 4.30pm Highlights include:

• Military parade through Coleraine Town Centre

• Drumhead Service in Christie Park (approximately 12 noon)

• Interactive military displays and armoured vehicles

• RAF flypast (subject to operational availability), including the BBMF C-47 Dakota

• RAF Falcons parachute display

• Live music and performances throughout the day

• 206 (Ulster) Battery Royal Artillery Feu de Joie across the River Bann

• Beating Retreat finale by the Band, Bugles, Pipes and Drums of the Royal Irish Regiment
